Very bad Positive: Nothing I won’t be booking this again Negative: It was very misleading and showed only pictures of the bigger apartments online me and my partner and my dog had to share a very small room with only a kettle to be used we had to buy spoons as there weren’t any provided and the room wasn’t what I paid for Id definitely think before renting this apartment well room in my case as it isn’t worth the money also it stuck of weed and at one point in the night at 4am I got woken up by loud shouting from a man who was arguing with I can only assume is his partner

Don't book into this property Positive: The shower room was finished to a high standard. The room was clean. Negative: There were undesirables in some of the other rooms who ended up fighting in the corridor. Swearing and shouting. I was afraid for myself, my daughter and my dogs. The police came at 4.30am and removed some of them, but within 5mins of the police leaving, they were back again. We had no sleep and had to find alternative accommodation for the rest of our stay. The rooms shouldn't be advertised on booking.com if they are also being given to antisocial people. I have requested a refund for the nights we didn't stay but I have, so far, not received anything. I am beyond disappointed 😞 I would warn anyone looking at booking into Eden Escapes to rethink. It was a terrifying experience.
